I received excellent service from Mike at the Donna Lane Cherry Hill location. Initial process was easy and quick I needed my unit last minute one was available and Mike got me in and out quickly with no issues. mike even helped me with my lock as I was having trouble figuring it out. He is always friendly and there to help when needed and it's much appreciated.

The dollar first month, deal made the storage affordable, because I originally bought an Entertainment Coupon book , Which usually has storage unit coupons I bought 2,none in there. With fees, Insurance and used lock was almost 60$,I didn't get told about insurance until I arrived so I thought 40$ish,yet, compared to other places most affordable for sure, also I was told if one has home owners insurance can be used for the unit

Mike was a great help when we went in to rent a storage unit helping us chose a size. We were satisfied with the unit and signed up. The one thing that we questioned was the price and that the 1st month was not free like all the storage businesses give you.

This was a very easy process. The manager drove me up to unit so that I can take a look at it first. He was also very friendly and personable. I like that the unit is a drive up so that I can unload stuff easily from the truck and car.

The only issue i have is that you have to get out of your car to input the code to get to the storage spaces. I want to be able to get in and out of the gate without having to leave my car, especially if it rains. Other than that, i have no complaints so far. I've only owned the space for about two weeks. I got a great internet deal during a Memorial Day sale. The value can't be beaten.
